However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have made the return process very simple. Please contact us at support@littledaisyshops.com.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
The buyer must contact our Support Center at support@littledaisyshops.com first to provide a reason, and our Support Center will process the cancellation within 1-2 business days. There is no handling fee for order cancellation.
7-Day Returns Warranty:
littledaisyshops accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If the items you have purchased from littledaisyshops meet all the applicable return and exchange requirements listed below, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: support@littledaisyshops.com. You have 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to request a return or exchange, Furthermore, it is required that the item be shipped to the designated return address within 14 days for processing.There is no handling fee for order returns and exchanges.
1. We accept returns and exchanges due to littledaisyshops' fault.
Acceptable non-defective product returns must be if the wrong product was shipped or the wash label does not meet the customer's customization requirements.
2. We accept returns and exchanges of defective products due to logistics packaging, etc. Acceptable defective product returns must be if the product itself is damaged, defective, etc.
Solution:
1. littledaisyshops' Responsibility:
If littledaisyshops ships the wrong item/size or provides a product with damaged quality, we will allow a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the item and confirm that the issue is genuine, we will provide the customer with a refund for the original price of the returned product, as well as the shipping and return shipping charges for the returned product.
2. Customer's Responsibility:
Please note that customers are fully responsible for choosing the correct product during checkout.
If a buyer wishes to return an item due to selecting the wrong product or size, or for any subjective reason on the buyer's part, the buyer may return the item to us for a refund (limited to the product price only). The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees incurred during the delivery and return process.Generally speaking, we only accept unwashed products for exchange. If you purchase swimwear and underwear, please remember that you cannot exchange them after washing.
Return Request Process

The product's condition that littledaisyshops accepts for a return or exchange is unopened in original packaging or has never been used. That means returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
Refund Processing Time
If products sold on littledaisyshops.com meet all applicable return and exchange requirements listed below, the products can be returned and exchanged within 7 days from the date of product delivery, Furthermore, it is required that the item be shipped to the designated return address within 14 days for processing.
1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your littledaisyshops Wallet, as per your request.
The credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process. Generally speaking, customers will ultimately receive their refund amount within 14 days.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
