Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

7-Day Returns Warranty:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to request a return or exchange, Furthermore, it is required that the item be shipped to the designated return address within 14 days for processing.There is no handling fee for order returns and exchanges.
